David Kitching

David Kitching oversees the day-to-day operations of Bedrock Group and the people, processes and systems that keep the business moving.

With a BProc Law degree and extensive experience in business management, David brings a structured and commercially grounded approach to Bedrock’s operations. Working across the organisation, he plays a central role in people management, resource coordination, organisational performance and the everyday decision-making required to support the business and its project teams.

His focus is on ensuring that the many moving parts of Bedrock work together effectively, providing the operational structure and support needed for the business to perform and grow.
