Greg Kitching

As Managing Director of Bedrock Group, Greg Kitching combines overall leadership of the business with a distinctly hands-on approach to its technical and construction activities.

Closely involved in projects from planning through to execution, Greg has a particular focus on construction methodology, technical problem-solving and the practical challenges of delivering complex precast concrete structures. He remains a familiar presence on Bedrock sites, working alongside project teams to develop solutions and ensure demanding projects are executed successfully.

His technical understanding and willingness to remain actively involved on the ground have played an important role in expanding the scale and complexity of work Bedrock is equipped to undertake.

For Greg, leadership doesn’t happen only from the office — it happens where the work is being done.
